Happy Friday! Here are my favorites from the week with you – it might be a quote, a print, what I’m reading, a favorite podcast, a playlist, a recipe, a helpful tip, a cleaning product, or something I added to our home. Basically if it’s something little that I feel is shareable or if it’s something I’d bring up to a friend over coffee or on the phone, I’m probably going to share it with you here. Here’s a link to all of the posts in this series.
This week is LAUNDRY WEEK here on the blog and on Instagram (are you following along?) – I thought I’d round up a couple posts from this week and a couple favorites as well.
I really truly LOVE sharing laundry tips and tricks with you guys and as someone easily overwhelmed with too much laundry, I am so excited to be sharing how I keep the piles and overwhelm away.
Don’t miss the Laundry Sale in Clean Mama Home – it ends tomorrow, June 15th at 10pm cst.
Doing a load of laundry can change your life – really! Check out this post for the details – if you didn’t get to the challenge this week, you can do this anytime!
Conventional laundry products can be toxic (I know that this sounds ridiculous, why would toxic chemicals be allowed in our laundry products?) Check out this post for 4 simple swaps to clean up your laundry. Regardless of your method of doing laundry, it’s never a bad idea to make your laundry area a little cuter. Grab this free printable Laundry Guide. Put it into a frame, on a clipboard, or a place where you’ll see it in your laundry room. Not sure what the laundry symbol on your new shirt means? Consult the laundry guide!
One of my favorite laundry tips is to use white vinegar as a fabric softener – read the full how-to here.
Summer is the perfect time to teach your kids how to do laundry too – here’s my method – and in full disclosure, 2 out of 3 of our kids do all of their laundry themselves. Yay!
What have you been enjoying this week? Any little things to share? Did you do the laundry challenge?
