Yesterday we talked about Family Dinner Favorites and how listing out some winner dinners can save lots of planning time in the kitchen. Another huge time saver for me and the key to getting dinner on the table in a hurry is having a couple steps already prepped and ready to go. Today I’m sharing my favorite Quick Prep Meal Starters to Have in the Freezer. I try to have most of these on hand and stocked in the freezer. Some of them are pre-bought (like the fish) and just stored in the freezer, but I know it’s in the freezer for a quick and nutritious meal. My must-have meal starters? Marinated chicken, ground beef and turkey (browned and seasoned with salt and pepper), frozen onions, muffins and quick breads. (Here’s a post from way back about how I prep-ahead proteins in under an hour.)
I’ve made this in 3 versions for you – aqua, black + white, and brights – you can visit the links to get your free copy!
